Community rules

A useful, respectful space for traders aged 16 and over.

Before you post

Accept these rules before sharing text or media. Post truthful stock requests, product information and relevant business conversations. You must have permission to share the content you upload.

Content we prohibit

No scams, impersonation, misleading offers, spam, threats, harassment, hate speech, sexually explicit content, child exploitation or abuse, graphic violence, illegal goods or instructions for illegal activity. Do not publish another person's private contact details, identity records, passwords, payment information or delivery handover codes without permission.

Report a message or trader

Use “Report / block” on a community message to send a private report to administration. Select the reason and add useful details. Reports identify the message and its author; the reported trader does not see the reporter's identity. The team reviews reports and may hide content or suspend community posting. These controls do not replace contacting the appropriate emergency service when there is immediate danger.

Block and unblock

Blocking hides a trader's community messages from your view and prevents replies between you. Open Community safety to unblock them. Blocking does not cancel orders or stop necessary delivery and transaction notices. Guest blocks are tied to the browser's guest session; clearing cookies or using another browser starts a different session.

Moderation and review

Administration can remove reported content from view or suspend posting where a rule is broken. We retain necessary reports and review records to investigate misuse and disputes, subject to our privacy policy. To ask for review of an action or report a safety concern outside community messages, contact Joyk01619@gmail.com or use Help & requests in your account.

Trading responsibilities

Traders remain responsible for lawful goods, accurate offers and their eligibility to enter transactions. Delivery riders and anyone using regulated payment or payout services must meet the relevant provider's age and eligibility requirements. Do not use another person's identity or payment account without authorisation.
